Week in Utah

We left here around 3:30pm on Tuesday March 17th. Drove to Truckee and stopped for dinner at our favorite place... El Toro Bravo! Mark, Emily and I had a chili Verde burrito with green sauce and cheese on top. Cameron had a crab quesadilla! Yummy! Back on the road. Emily and I sat in the back and watched movies. This was taken around 11:30pm think we were tired... I look like crap! We finally stopped in Elko Nevada at around 1:00 am and stayed at the Comfort Inn. Woke up at 8:00 had breakfast and we were on the road by 10:00 am. Stopped for a lunch break at the boarder. I made corn beef sandwiches. Took a couple of pics. Doesn't Cam look excited to be in Utah! HEE HEE! As we crossed the boarder we ran into the three little sheep in the road... That's when we knew we were really in Utah! Arrived in Logan at 3:00 and went straight to Dad and Mom's. Hung out with Dad, Mom, Valerie, and the kids! Cameron and Mark Helped dad fix his mower and prepare his garden. I helped Val make dinner and we ate with them. We didn't get to Sheri’s until 9:00 pm. The kid had a great time playing with Uncle Mark... The little ones always love him because he plays rough with them.
We went to dinner with Curt, Sherie and all the kids at Iggy's. The next morning Emily went to school with Jerrica and Shauna and spent the whole day with them. We went to Dad and Mom's. Helped spread manure on the garden, Prune the front yard, and we put locks on all the doors so Valerie's kid couldn't escape as fast. This hopefully will help her a little. Zack trying to open the door. Wasn't happy he couldn't get out! Becca didn't know what to think about us putting the locks on. She tried to hide. We stayed and BBQ'ed for them. I bought 3 lawn chairs so when the weather is nice mom can go out and enjoy the day. That night we went back to Sheri’s and waited until 11:30 to leave and take the girls to Walmart so they could by the Twilight at the midnight release. I know a little crazy... It was all Sheri’s doing! HEE HEE! Saturday Sam, Jen and Elizabeth came over! AHH she is the cutest baby. I was glad to be able to finally see her. She was a little fussy. Sherie, Jen and I took off for an hour and got pedicures... sooo relaxing! Thanks Sherie! Sherie invited everyone over for dinner. Dad, Mom, Chris, and Dustin came. Amy was having contractions and Raelyn stayed with her. Josh was sick so Val couldn't come and we couldn't get a hold of Scott and Monica. Anyway the boys all were out messing with the cars. Dinner time... Ok I know my son is special and a sweetheart but her is the true pic of how sweet he really is. We were all getting ready to eat and when I turned around he had already started to help Grandma with her meal. Carving the meet off the bone with out being asked. On Sunday we got up and went to Amy's for a BBQ with Jarrod, Amy, Chris, Dustin and all the kids! We had a wonderful time visiting everyone! The kids are all so cute! When we left Amy's we headed to Scott and Monica's. Kevin and Sarah came over. We enjoyed that visit also! Never enough time! We got a call when we were at Scott and Monica's. Poor Elizabeth was at Urgent care and had RSV. The next morning when we woke up Jen, Sam, and Curt were gone. Jen was having stomach pains and went to the Emergency room. She was admitted. She had to have her gallbladder taken out. Poor thing. I was glad we were there so we could watch the baby while Curt, Sherie and Sam took care of Jen. I stayed at the house with Elizabeth and had a good time with her. It was nice to have a little alone time and to be able to play with her.

Oh yeah when we woke up the ground was covered with snow! It was beautiful! We went to visit Jen for a few minutes and then went to Dad and Mom's to take a few pics and say Hi. We bought dinner at El Toro Viejo's for Curt, Sherie, and the kids so they didn't have to worry about dinner and to thank them for letting us stay the week. We woke up at 6:30 to say good bye to Sherie and the kids. Left the house at 9:00 went to dad and mom's to say good bye and took a few more pics! Went to breakfast at the Village Inn and then we were on the road! So there is a town... Fernley my first trip to Utah was with Brad, Jason, Rob, and Mark. We were stuck in Fernley for a few days and it was horrible. The on going joke is never stop just speed passed. I woke up from a nap on our way home and we were pulling into Fernley for gas! These pics are for you Jason! HEE HEE! Emily watching movies on the way home! Arrived at home at 7:00pm! So that was our trip! We had a great time and were sad to have to say good-bye. I tried to get pics of everyone but some of you just are too camera shy and I missed a few. I'll get you next time! Love everyone and hope to see you again soon!
