I really don't see my life slowing down anytime soon!

Marks parents and Amy came to town last week. Amy went to Santa Cruz for the week and Mark's parents stayed with us. It never fails... When Mark's parents come to town Mark always seems to leave town. He went to Minnesota Monday until Wednesday. Cameron came home Thursday night so he could see them before they left. They were originally going to leave on Sunday but something came up and they had to leave Friday. So Cameron didn't get to see them as much as he wanted to but that's how it goes. Amy came on Thursday so we had a BBQ with Us, Mark's parents, Amy and her kids, Jolene, and Brad and Tracy. It was nice to see everyone and get some pics!



















I have to say... Amy has the cutest kids...and Uncle Mark is a fun Uncle!

Wednesday I went out to dinner with Wanda and Mary Anne. We have been trying to get together at least once a month. It's going ok so far. Mary Anne and I really want to make sure Wanda is ok... Especially now that Little Steve is off to college. She's at the house all by herself and all her kids are at least 30 minutes if not further away. She's such a strong women but I'm sure it's been real hard for her. So we are doing our best to stay in touch and let her know we are here for her. We went to Fuzio's and had a wonderful time just chatting away. Luckily we found out before dinner that her birthday was Sunday. So it turned into a birthday celebration! Mark's leaving again this Wednesday... Just over night but I'm gonna try and get the girls to come over for a movie dinner night. We'll see if they are up for it!


Mark and I were in charge of planning a Corvette Run for our club. So we put together a run to the coast on Saturday. Wow did we get lucky with the weather. It's been a good year for us. It seem like every time we have headed towards the coast its been awesome weather! What a great day. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. We met at Starbucks in Livermore...





Headed up 580 to 92 over to halfmoon bay










Stopped at Cameron's Pub in Halfmoon bay and had lunch!









Drove up HWY 1 to Pigeon Point





Then Drove to Santa Cruz Wharf for a little gelato! YUMMY!





Finally we headed up HWY 9 and went to Thomas Folgerty winery. Not my favorite wine but an awesome and fun drive. The guy's really enjoyed driving the road in the vette's not sure all the women liked it but I had a blast!





Wine tasting was over at 5. We all went our separate ways. Mark and I met up with Phil and Diane and had dinner at the Lemon Grass in Livermore. Love Thai food! Long day but boy did we have fun!
Sunday we got up and spent the day with Cameron. We finished up his laundry... Yes he brought it home. But I don't mind! He left to go home around 5. Drove Micheal and his friend Brittany back to their dorms. This next weekend is a long weekend and he's not sure if he's going to come home. I think he's made a few friends and they have plans. We'll see! Have a great week!
